Fireman Sam at the Palace

Today, the President of Singapore opened up his house, the Istana (Malay for palace) so we could have a look around. It used to be the British Colonial Government House and still has a statue of Queen Victoria in residence. Huge, beautiful parkland right in the middle of Singapore right off the Orchard Road, who'd have thought!
